Interview in Graffica magazine special edition on design training.
If you think you know it all, you relax and you’re not hungry. And if you don't have an appetite, you don't eat. And, if you don't eat, you don't grow.

ELISAVA's Master’s Degree in Packaging Design is a design specialisation project which ELISAVA, which had begun by focusing on engineering, reformulated in 2005 with the help of Eva Minguella. Since then, students from all over the world have attended the year-long programme, which is held in Barcelona. This interview, conducted by Graffica magazine for its special edition on the world of design education, reflects on teaching in the field in primary schools as well as in universities. Because a society in which culture and art are not among the cores of children's education will hardly be prepared to be a pioneer in terms of design.

Another point made in the article is that, for many, the teaching they receive at school is just a prelude to their real lessons, which never end and make them grow.
